Marais Cast Brass LED In-Ground Well Light is crafted from professional-grade solid cast brass and fitted with corrosion-resistant natural bronze finish for enhanced durability. Heavy-duty, pressure-fit rubber gaskets and seals ensure water-tightness, while the 4-foot lead wire is secured with waterproof pressure fitting to prevent leakage from the bottom. Supported by brass material that won't rust and can withstand corrosive environments, this fixture is built to last. Emitting 90% less power than incandescent lights, it also features energy efficient LED lighting technology and is guaranteed to resist chipping, flaking, and peeling. An exceptional lifetime warranty on brass material is included. All low voltage outdoor lights must be installed with a 12V Low Voltage Transformer and connections between lights must be secured using Grease Filled Wire Nuts (WN12) waterproof connectors. Lamp: MR16 LED Bulb Available Options 4W, 280 Lumens - 35W Halogen Replacement 5W, 400 Lumens - 40W Halogen Replacement 6W, 500 Lumens - 50W Halogen Replacement CCT: 2700K, 3000K - IP 54, CRI; > 380 All in ground fixtures should be installed so that water will be able to drain away from the fixture.
