Our Warranty Policy

We are committed to ensure the quality of all our products, guaranteeing they are free from defects in materials and workmanship during regular use. Each item's warranty is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the respective manufacturer.

  • Transformers, Brass Fixtures & Stainless Steel Fixtures:
    Covered by a 5-year limited warranty.
  • Aluminum Fixtures:
    Covered by a 3-year limited warranty.
  • Rope & String Lights, Light Bulbs:
    Covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Wire and Accessories:
    No warranty provided.

We cannot be held liable for any misuse, loss, or damage resulting from installer negligence. Returns or refunds are not permitted for modified or altered items, irrespective of whether the modifications were requested.

Buyers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items for repair, exchange, or warranty claims, without exceptions.
