Return Policy
At Malibu Outdoor Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.
Returns and Exchanges:
All returns for exchanges or refunds must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
How to Return an Item:
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [info@malibuoutdoorlighting.com] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
- Important: Packages without an RMA# will be refused.
- Once you have received your RMA#, carefully package the item(s) and include a copy of the RMA# in the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and warranty exchanges are generally processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned or defective items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs:
If there is a discrepancy with your order caused by Malibu Outdoor Lighting within 30 days of delivery, we will cover any shipping costs associated with order resolution. However, shipping costs for exchanges or returns of accurately delivered items are the responsibility of the customer.
New Products:
Returned items must be in brand new and unused condition with the original packaging. The product and packaging must be completely new and unused to ensure it can be resold. Items that have been previously installed cannot be returned.
Used Products:
Used products or items past the 30-day return period may only be returned if defective and covered under warranty.
Important Notes:
- All returns must include a copy of the RMA# included in the package.
- Original shipping costs incurred by Malibu Outdoor Lighting, whether billed to the customer or not, will be deducted from all refunds / credits for exchange.
- Malibu Outdoor Lighting is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during return shipping.
