The new LED AC flexible Strip Light is rated IP67, which is perfect for outdoor lighting projects and can be directly connected to an existing 12V or 24V AC landscaping lighting system. As used CRI 90 high efficient LED chip, it can output great accent lighting for stairs, railing, and overhangs.

No more than 32' can be run in the same line. Having said this, for a 128' application, you would need to run 4 different lines of low-voltage wire. Even though the strip light can be cut every 2", we recommend only cutting each strip light once. Since there is a lead wire on each end, if you cut the strip light once, you end up with 2 shorter strip lights. If you want to cut the same strip light for a second time, you would need to use a connector (to give you lead wire to do the connection), which compromises the fixture & connection, and would not be covered by warranty. Having said this, if you have 4x 2' steps, we recommend using 2x 16 ft strip light.

All low voltage outdoor lights must be installed with a 12V Low Voltage Transformer and connections between lights must be secured using Grease Filled Wire Nuts (WN12) waterproof connectors.
